Navigating Challenges: Montrose School hosts Lecture on March 23

Gain tips to help your daughter navigate life's challenges on Thursday, March 23 from 7 - 8:30 PM at Montrose School, 29 North St. Medfield.

Drawing on her experience with unexpected sudden deafness and insights gained as a professional educator, Mrs. McGovern will provide tips for parents to help your daughter navigate life's challenges with faith, character and vision. She will speak at Montrose School, 29 North Street, Medfield at 7 PM on Thursday, March 23, 2017. This event is free and open to the public.

Stacey is a two-time nominee for Massachusetts Teacher of the Year and was the recipient of Montrose School's Faith, Character and Vision Award in 2009. She is a motivational speaker and shares her story at colleges, schools, churches and support groups throughout New England. Stacey is a volunteer for Advanced Bionics Corporation and counsels others suffering with sudden deafness. A 1992 graduate of Montrose School, Stacey resides in Holliston with her husband and three children.

The presentation will be approximately one hour followed by Q&A.
