Personal Best Karate Hosted Seminar with Raymond Daniels

On Tuesday, May 3rd, Personal Best Karate hosted a seminar with sport karate competitor, Raymond Daniels.   

In his career, Daniels has amassed more wins, more knock outs, and won more shut outs than anyone in the history of sport karate. His list of overall grand championships, competing against all ages and weight categories stands without comparison.

In celebration of their 20th Anniversary, Personal Best Karate invited Daniels to facilitate a sparring seminar for Personal Best Karate students. Daniels shared some of his secrets he has used to make his sparring so unstoppable. Over 60 Personal Best students congregated at their school in Norton to learn these special techniques and enjoy the evening.

“We are so proud to host such an elite athlete and have him share his knowledge with our students,” said Christopher Rappold, founder of Personal Best Karate. “We are always looking for new ways to challenge our students.”
