Phantom Gourmet Honors Zebra Bistro's Burger

Phantom Gourmet this month highlighted what it called the “eight greatest upscale burgers in Boston and beyond” and a Medfield restaurant made the list.

Zebra's Bistro and Wine Bar, located at 21 North St. in Medfield, is known for its fine dining experience, but Phantom Gourmet recognized the eatery for its burger that comes topped with aged Vermont cheddar, crispy smoked bacon, and miso aioli served on a brioche bun with Parmesan fries.

It's been an exciting month for the Medfield restaurant, as Brendan Pelley, Executive Chef of Zebra's, was invited to cook at the James Beard House, a culinary landmark in New York, the week of April 8.
