Reebok CrossFit Medfield

Learn from some of the best coaches in the world and start with beginner classes at Reebok CrossFit Medfield.

New to CrossFit? Then our on-ramp program is the best way to get started.

What is On-Ramp? The on-ramp program is an opportunity for new individuals to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting. Groups will consist of no more then 10 athletes led by 2 coaches. You will graduate with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

When is On-Ramp Offered? Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6:30-7:30 pm.

How Many Sessions? The on-ramp program includes 6 total sessions over 2 weeks (3 sessions per week).

What does it Cost? The on-ramp program is only $99. After you graduate the on-ramp program you have 2 additional free weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes. So your first month is only $99, that is 50% off our standard monthly membership.
