Schilling's Company in Delaware Bankruptcy Court

The Boston Herald is reporting Curt Schilling's company will be in bankruptcy court this afternoon.

 

The Boston Herald is reporting Medfield resident and former Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling's video game company, 38 Studios, is heading to Delaware's federal bankrutcy court as the leaked trailer for a game from the company has gone viral.

38 Studios filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy last month. It is not known whether Schilling would be at 2 p.m. hearing.
