Medfield SEPAC & Medfield Outreach Present: Self Care for Summer Night, Discover Local Wellness, Gain Insight, and Rejuvenate
The Medfield Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) and Medfield Outreach are excited to invite you to an evening dedicated to self-care and wellness at the "Self Care for Summer Night" event. This engaging and informative event will take place on Tuesday, May 28th, at the Blake Middle School Library.

Join us for a night that promises to offer valuable insights into self-care practices, opportunities to connect with local wellness vendors, and a chance to experience a transformative breathwork session. The evening's schedule is as follows:

- Experience the power of your breath with a session led by trauma-informed breathwork facilitator Hannah Oxley. Known for her transformative sessions that promote relaxation and stress relief, Hannah will guide participants through a rejuvenating breathwork experience.
This event is designed to provide attendees with practical self-care strategies, an understanding of the importance of self-care, and a chance to explore local wellness resources. The evening will culminate in a breathwork session that offers a unique opportunity to unwind and de-stress.
This event is free and open to the public. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, or community member interested in enhancing your self-care routine, this evening is for you. Come connect with others, learn, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

About Medfield SEPAC: SEPAC is a parent-run organization whose mission is to work for the understanding of, respect for, and support of all children with special needs in the community. Our role as a parent council is to advise the district on matters re: children with special needs; share information and discuss matters of common concern and interest; offer speaker events, workshops, and other programs for families and children; and fundraise to support the schools and award scholarships & awards.
