- My very first event was in North Attleborough and the event had a little boy about 2nd grade there who was going through cancer treatments. That little boys entire class came and shaved their head with him so he wouldn’t be the only kid who was bald and he would feel more comfortable in class. Let me tell you, not a dry eye in the place.
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!
Sign up as a shavee, volunteer or just to donate to such a great cause!

St. Baldrick's has donated over $234 million dollars since its inception as a foundation in 2005! They donate 72% of all funds directly to funding for children's cancer research, 25% to help promote and facilitate events like this one, and only 3% to its administration. Last year alone they donated $30 million directly to research. Their efforts even helped fund an FDA approved drug in 2015 and on top of directly funding research they fund fellowships to help oncologist specialize as pediatric oncologist!
