“Medfield is fortunate to have one of the largest municipal swap areas in the state, which is completely dependent upon the generous support of time by our volunteers from Spring through Fall. This year due to volunteer availability, the swap will close at the end of September,” said Megan Sullivan, TSARC chairwoman. “We are looking for members of the community to help us breakdown and store the equipment until next season starting in May 2019.”
On September 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., TSARC organizers and its volunteers will take down and store a canopy in the main tent along with shelves, tables, and other supplies. All items at the swap area upon closing for the season will be packed up for the Epilepsy Foundation.
