Thank you MFi Legacy Fund

The Friends of the Medfield High School Theatre Society (Friends) thank the Medfield
Foundation Legacy Fund for its generous support for the Friends’, Get Art Back Up On Its Feet
initiative. Through its fall 2021 grant program, the Medfield Foundation Legacy Fund awarded a
grant to the Friends for the purchase of a new cyclorama–the large curtain that hangs at the
back of the Medfield High School auditorium stage, and on which images and light can be
projected. The implementation of this grant will impact both MHS students and the Community
at large. The replacement of the MHS auditorium cyclorama allows students to engineer
complex lighting scenarios; offers those performing a more complex atmosphere in which to tell their stories; and enhances the visual quality of shows for Community members who attend
performances.

We are honored and grateful to be one of the recipients of the MFi’s LegacyFund grant. We hope the community will come and see the new cyclorama in action during our performances of Annie on March 11th and 12th at 7:00pm and March 13th at 2:00pm. The Medfield Foundation Legacy Fund is a Professionally-managed endowment created to
support community-driven projects. Volunteer-run and designed to complement the
