A Medfield Historical Minute...

This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.

"On January 14, 1954 the local Medfield newspaper reported “Supper a Success” “In spite of inclement weather, 80 persons attended the bake bean and ham supper at the Unitarian Church, on North Street, on Saturday night. After the supper they also enjoyed the movie ‘Secret Land’ depicting Byrd’s Expedition to the South Pole. Proceeds were designed for het Church Painting Fund.”
