VIDEO: Medfield Police Participate in Simulated Raid of Drug House in Reading

Thirteen police officers from 20 communities bashed open the door of a Reading home, Thursday, as part of a drug raid simulation.

The simulations culminated a two-week class in which the participating officers, haling from Medfield and communities as far away as Barnstable, learned about many aspects of drug enforcement.

Many of the officers perform undercover work, and, for that reason, we have limited the appearance of their faces in the above video.

Participating communities: Medfield, Waltham, Barnstable, Peabody, Medford, Milton, Reading, Wellesley, Malden, Melrose, Cambridge, Walpole and Watertown.
