Wheelock School Students win handwriting contest!
Medfield Students Become Massachusetts Grade-Level Winners in Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest
The following information and images submitted by Luanne Monahan, Wheelock School.
John Barrette, Grade 3 and Allyson Bligh, Grade 2 at the Ralph Wheelock School in Medfield earned spots as Massachusetts State Level winners in the 2016 Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest. Theirs were among more than 270,000 entries from students across the country.
The annual Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest encourages legible handwriting by evaluating the handwriting abilities of students in grades K-8 whose schools use Zaner-Bloser Handwriting curricula.

Mrs. Donna Olson, Principal at Wheelock School, made the announcement and awarded the winners at a school-wide assembly just last week.
Zaner-Bloser awarded a medallion to John & Allyson, an etched diamond award to their teacher and a Zaner-Bloser Gift Certificate to Wheelock School.
