Will's Hardware - A Place That Has Nearly Everything

The West Street neighborhood hardware store can help you celebrate this Fourth of July holiday and beyond.

With the Fourth of July upon us, many folks are getting ready to celebrate Independence Day in the traditional fashion with parades and fireworks, picnics and barbeques – and waving the American flag.

Where better to prepare for this holiday than a traditional American hardware store like Will’s Hardware, a “Do It Best” store at 75 West St., where you can pick up everything from a flag to a cooler to a grill -- and Cape Cod fire logs, made from 100 percent recycled wood – and more.

Some will celebrate this three-day weekend by undertaking a yard or home improvement project. owners and friendly staff will help you find everything from garden tools and topsoil, to bird houses and plant protectors, to the traditional wares of hammer, nails, wires, and other hardware.

Will’s offers a full line of Benjamin Moore paints, including a special line of Pottery Barn colors so, if your weekend projects include a paint can and brush, plan ahead to pick up your paint from this convenient distributor.

The store also carries designer doorknobs, offers welding services and custom-made screens, and is a (hard-to-find) Power Wheels repair center – a rare gem to have right in our own back yard.

Once the Fourth has passed and summer starts to wind down – and it will pass quickly, it always does – college students will start packing for school. A quick trip to Will’s will yield packing bins, a wastebasket, a fan, light bulbs, and practically anything else he or she might need to stay organized as they head off to enjoy their new-found independence.

So, if you need something, anything, to celebrate this Fourth of July (or beyond), be sure to stop by Will’s Hardware where you will likely find what you’re looking for plus a whole lot more.

However you decide to celebrate this weekend, I wish you a happy Fourth of July. God Bless America!
