1 Dead After Car Crashes Through Garage, Down Embankment
Saugus Police said someone drove through a garage on Hammersmith Drive and down an embankment this afternoon.
SAUGUS, MA — One person is dead after crashing a car through a garage and down an embankment, Saugus Police said. The driver of the car, Steven Rauseo, 74, of Saugus, was the only victim.
Police responded to a Hammersmith Drive home around 1:30 p.m. Rauseo was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
