The newly restored cactus will be lit ahead of a ribbon cutting at the former site of the iconic restaurant.

SAUGUS, MA — After some rumblings on a potential kickoff date, the 110 Grill will start business at the site of the old Hilltop this weekend.
A spokesperson said the restaurant will host a ribbon cutting Friday evening, offering free appetizers as the newly restored 68-foot Hilltop cactus is lit. The restaurant will then be open for dinner.
The 5,200 square foot, 140-seat restaurant is the first business to open in the spot of the iconic Route 1 restaurant.
