Are You An Athlete? Take the field, ready for your best season yet! Don’t miss this!!

Foster Fitness has a strength and conditioning program for female high school and college athletes that has a focus on strength, speed, power, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention.

What will be included? The 90 minute sessions will be structured so that the athletes will go through a dynamic warmup, plyometrics and agility, a progressive lifting plan, intense conditioning, and core work. Proper strength and conditioning programs, such as this have been shown to increase performance and decrease injuries allowing athletes to stay in the game.

Cost:  (7 week program) $499/athlete

Athletes will meet 3x/week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday starting 7/7

Less than $25 per 90 minute session for small group training(unbeatable)!

The groups will be kept small in order to achieve maximum results for each individual while allowing each athlete to have the proper attention and instruction they need. Do not miss your chance.

Why should you commit to this program? I have been in the strength and conditioning realm for 5+ years. I have worked with a wide range of athlete, from the youth level through Olympic caliber. I have been in their shoes. I know when to push and when to let the athlete push themselves. I have seen confidence increase, strength gains, and huge improvements in the conditioning of the athletes I have trained. I  will never stop working and learning to make you  the best athlete you can be, allowing you to  achieve  success on the field.
