Start your Saturday with an exercise class for the whole family at Fred Green Field presented by Melrose Boot Camp. Make a donation to the Horace Mann School Playground upon arrival and celebrate fun, fitness & family with relay races, bodyweight exercises and …yes..BURPEES! This workout is for new and experienced boot campers alike. In fact, it’s a great way to try out MBC in a very low pressure, fun-focussed way. Interested? fill out our waiver form and you are all set to join the fun: 8-8:45 on the football field!
Next up? Head down to Lake Quannapowitt for the Run for all Ages beginning at 10 am. The proceeds from this race benefit the Wakefield Education Foundation! I ran this last year and talk about inspiring!!! Folks from 9-90 all together in celebration of fitness for EVERY BODY! I Just love it!
