MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, Feb. 16 and Sunday, Feb. 22.

Monday, Feb. 16

12 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at 170 Linwood Ave.

7:09 p.m. — Edward Ulloa-Trujillo, 34, of 180 Revere St., Revere, will be summonsed on the charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police conducted a stop on 499 Lebanon St.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

4:45 p.m. — Sebastian Aristizabal Varelas, 22, of 36 Richard St., Saugus, will be summonsed on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding after police conducted a stop on 22 Hesseltine Ave.

8:59 p.m. — Crystal Alaria, 31, of 49 Francis St., Everett, will be summonsed on the charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle after police conducted a stop on 212 Main St.

Wednesday, Feb. 18

5:44 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an auto theft at 99 Washington St.

10:15 p.m. — Siva Nagarajan, 32, of 19 Overlook Ridge Terrace, Revere, will be summonsed on the charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license after police conducted a stop on 14 Altamont Ave.

Thursday, Feb. 19

2:04 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at the Levi Gould House on 200 West Foster St.

5:25 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at 101 Stratford Road.

Friday, Feb. 20

11:59 a.m. — Phillip David Houten, 27, of 75 Chestnut St., Saugus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on 126 West Wyoming Ave.

6:03 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 55 Warwick Road.

Saturday, Feb. 21

10:07 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 23 Oak St.

9:47 p.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the Melrose Armory on 120 Main St. that resulted in a citation being issued.

Sunday, Feb. 22

5:09 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 535 Lebanon St.
