Joanne Sauve, Administrator of EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Melrose, recently won the 2014 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award. Dedicated to advancing leadership excellence in long term care, the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) honors the nation’s best administrators and executives with this prestigious award every year.
The association selects award recipients based on facility excellence. Sauve was chosen because EPOCH earned three years of outstanding results from surveys measuring health, life safety, and complaints. The skilled nursing facility also received top marks for the ACHCA’s designated Quality Measures. Sauve is one of 276 administrators nationwide to receive this honor.
