MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, March 30 and Monday, April 6.
Monday, March 30
7:36 a.m. — Henry Rappa Jr., 57, of 27 Ridgewood Lane, was arrested on two counts of fiduciary embezzlement, larceny over $1,200, and one count of unauthorized practice of law after police received a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on 204 Main St.

2:38 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at 38 Tremont St.

8:16 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a burglary at 1 Nordic Way.
4:40 p.m. — Dante Kevin Roy, 30, of 25 Forest Hill Ave., Lynn, will be summonsed on the charges of possession of a Class D drug and possession to distribute a Class D drug after police responded to a report of found property in the vicinity of 99 Washington St.
Wednesday, April 1
12:02 a.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at 15 Grove St.
4:04 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault in the vicinity of 851 Main St.
Thursday, April 2
8:45 a.m. — Josue Aristil, 43, of 19 Luke Road, Everett, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unlicensed motor vehicle as well as failure to stop for police after officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on 185 Franklin St.
2:59 p.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on 66 Myrtle St.
Friday, April 3
10:36 a.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at Dunkin’ on 348 Main St.
1:22 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a juvenile issue in the vicinity of 546 Main St.
Saturday, April 4
11:57 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a juvenile issue on 44 Maple St.
9:46 p.m. — John Laramie, 58, of 155 Coburn Woods, Nashua, NH and James Coleman, 52, of 293 West Emerson St., will be summonsed on the charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon respectively after police responded to a report of an assault in the vicinity of Pine Street.
Sunday, April 5
1:39 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on 218 Upham St. that resulted in a citation being issued.
10:02 a.m. — Police responded to a report of threats at 85 Baxter St.
Monday, April 6
2:20 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a burglary at 40 Marmion Road.
