Melrose Swap Day, Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 8am – 12pm
Location: Melrose High School parking lot, enter on Melrose Street. Note, this is a new location in 2025.
Drop off "gives" accepted only until 11 am.
You do not have to bring something to take something! Or take something if dropping off. EVERYTHING IS FREE!

PLEASE ONLY BRING GENTLY USED ITEMS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR REUSE. If you wouldn't give it to a friend, don't bring it to Swap Day.
CAREFULLY review the event flyer for the accepted (and not accepted) categories of items. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AT DROP OFF.
NO DUMPING MISCELLANEOUS BOXES OF “STUFF”
- No large appliances or electronics
- No cassette tapes or VCR tapes
- No misc. cords, wires adapters
- No household textiles or furniture (pillows, bedding, blankets, futons, mattresses, sofas, chairs, carpets, rugs, etc.)
- No stuffed animals
- No furniture
- No kid's car seats
- No liquids or chemicals of any type (including soaps, makeup, perfume, lawn or home chemicals, etc.)
Dispose of these items through textile recycling bins, City of Melrose recycling options, or other options.
