How can we strengthen our democracy?

Ranked choice voting lets voters rank multiple candidates in an election. It promotes majority rule, gives voters more choices, and discourages negative campaigning. Dustin Cathcart and Francis Blesso will provide an overview of RCV and how we can bring ranked choice voting to Melrose city elections.
