Monday, Feb. 23

12:01 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 198 Howard St.

1:56 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 314 Main St.

Tuesday, Feb. 24

7:54 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 15 Poplar St.

9:47 p.m. — Robert Spagnuolo, 33, of 113 Endicott St., Boston, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and five count of illegal drug possession after police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of 314 Main St.

Wednesday, Feb. 25

4:04 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at the Melrose Care Center Nursing Home on 40 Martin St.

4:43 p.m — Jose Landaverde, 47, of 120 Washington St., Chelsea, will be summonsed on the charge of larceny less than $1,200 on a single scheme after police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 3 Mount Vernon St.

Thursday, Feb. 26

7:57 a.m. — Police responded to report of suspicious activity at 70 Cranmore Lane.

2:29 p.m. — Police received a report of a missing person from the Cefalo Apartments Elderly Project on 245 West Wyoming Ave.

Friday, Feb. 27

2:46 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at 468 Swains Pond Ave.

8:04 p.m. — Victor Rodrigues Carvalho, 32, of 43 Magnolia St., will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on 295 Lebanon St.

Saturday, Feb. 28

4:56 p.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at 75 Howard St. that resulted in a citation being issued.

Sunday, March 1

9:37 p.m. — Susan Culleton, 53, of 43 Prosper St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after police conducted a stop on 570 Lebanon St.
