We're offering a special class for beginners this summer for everyone (ages 13 and up) who has always wanted to try 0600 but has been afraid to take the plunge. The class will be held from June 18 through August 31, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:10am - 6:45am at Pine Banks. The focus will be on form and our goal will be to get new people ready to join our regular classes in September. We'll need a minimum of eight people to hold the class and class size will be capped at 16. The cost of the class is $95 for the entire summer.
