With the New Year approaching rather quickly, I thought this was a good time to talk about Goals... This will relate to all of those Health & Fitness resolutions and how to make sure they are successful!
So I think we all know that writing down our goals, whether short term or long, helps us stay focused and motivated.
I put together a few questions for you to answer that will help guide you in the right direction for the next few weeks.

We give all of our clients at MoM a nutrition guide, It's an easy to follow, no brainer way to start eating the way you should be eating. It's not a diet! It's the proper way to eat. A lot of people get upset when they have to cut out the foods they love. Well....if you want to lose weight, see results, get healthier....than you have to do some adjustments and alternatives. You can't see results by eating pizza at 10PM....Sorry. I promise you will have more energy, feel better, and get stronger with just a few changes.
Once you have written down your goals, thought about them carefully, and are ready to share them, find a person who will help hold you accountable! A friend, a co worker, your sibling, or someone who thinks you can’t do it!! Any extra motivation will only help you!

Here are the Questions: If you are serious about accomplishing any goal, you have to write it down!
1. Identify your health and fitness goals for the next 5 weeks or longer. Be specific. Measurable and attainable.
2. How will you accomplish these goals?
3. Why is it important to accomplish these goals?
4. List all of the positive side effects for achieving these goals.
5. List all of the negative side effects if you do not achieve these goals.
6. Picture yourself in 5 weeks or longer. how do you look? how do you feel? what have you accomplished?
We always tell the members of our Melrose Bootcamp location, remember the feeling you had when you accomplished your goal and DON”T forget it!!!
