Monday, March 23

11:30 a.m. — Police responded to a report of trespassing at the Fuller Elderly Housing Project on 101 Cottage St.

10:38 p.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 3000 Stone Place.

Tuesday, March 24

12:11 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 3000 Stone Place.

8:26 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 295 Upham St.

2:33 p.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 20 Sunset Road.

Wednesday, March 25

4:06 p.m. — Martin Burke, 43, of 18 Dunster Road, Everett, will be summonsed on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage after police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of Garden Remedies on 732 Newburyport Turnpike.

8:32 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an auto theft at 3000 Stone Place.

10:09 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on 1008 Main St. that resulted in a citation being issued.

10:45 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at 185 Lebanon St. that resulted in a citation being issued.

7:36 a.m. — Henry Rappa Jr., 57, of 27 Ridgewood Lane, will be summonsed on two counts of fiduciary embezzlement, two counts of larceny worth more than $1,200, and unauthorized practice of law after police responded to a report on 204 Main St.
