Healthy Melrose Family Fitness and Welness Fair to Return Saturday

MELROSE, MA—The Healthy Melrose Family Fitness & Welness Fair is making its return to Melrose Athletic Complex Saturday.

The fair will include vendors, food trucks, Zumba, Bubble Soccer and More. Over 3,000 attendees came to Melrose High School in 2015, and the City believes that this will be the best fair yet.

Here are some things you can expect from this year's fair, according to the City of Melrose website.

• 50 vendors
• 3 food trucks (Saigon Alley, Flatbread Pizza Company, Barracuda on the Fly)
• Incredible free food samples
• Useful educational materials on healthy eating and living
• Free tote bags
• Information, Activities and Demonstrations from Sustainable Melrose
• Professionally instructed Zumba (12 p.m.-1:30 p.m.)
• Professionally instructed Yoga (10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.)
• Karate Classes throughout the day
• 25 ft. Rock Wall
• Bubble Soccer
• Bungee Races
• Inflatable Jacobs Ladder
