Stearns & Hill's Closing On Main Street
After nearly two decades in the heart of Downtown Melrose, it's closing its doors this month.
MELROSE, MA — Stearns & Hill's Bistro is closing after 19 years in business in the hear of Downtown Melrose. The owners of the Main Street mainstay said Tuesday morning on a community Facebok page that July 28 will be its last day in business.
Michael and Amy Palmer would not say who bought the building or what plans are, but "you will all be excited to see what will happen with 505 Main Street."
The family will continue to operate Fusilli's Cucina in Reading, where they will honor Stearns gift cards.
