It has now been confirmed that the Obama administration has quietly lifted sanctions on Iran beginning 5 months ago after the election of their new president Hassan Rouhani and before the US began nuclear negotiations in Geneva. I guess this is another example the Democrats can point to for proof of the most transparent administration in history…pass the juice please!
On Wednesday this week, Obama said in an interview with NBC News the negotiations in Geneva “are not about easing sanctions.” “The negotiations taking place are about how Iran begins to meet its international obligations and provide assurance not just to us but to the entire world,” the President said. We can now understand why these discussions are not about easing sanctions because he is already doing this secretly. Is anyone out there who think as I do that we have the most opaque and secretive administration in history?
