If you are going to workout, don’t you want to get the most out of it? Of course you do. Millions of Muscles Fitness and the bootcamp workouts began to ensure weight loss results.

If you exercise for weight loss, high intensity workouts will do just that. Fact is, the people who participate in high intensity interval workouts are more successful at weight loss and burning fat than others.  High intensity exercise is also the most efficient. An intense workout will burn mega calories in a very short amount of time.  The best part is you are still burning fat long after you leave the workout. Your metabolism is going through the roof while you are at work on your computer or layng in bed snoozing.

These bootcamp workouts are tough and you must have the right “ATTITUDE” to succeed. The one thing that we always say to our new clients  is “the workouts don’t get easier, you get stronger.”  In starting a routine that consistently has high intensity intervals the first few weeks will be the most challenging, once you get past that hurdle, you will love it! And once you start seeing the results, you will not want to quit!

100 Jump Ropes

90   Plank with alternating step outs, (each side)

80   Side bends (40/side) Use heavy weight

70   Mountain Climbers (each side)

60   Bicycles (each side)

¼    Mile Run

50   Giant Flutter kicks (each side)

40   Dips (on floor or bench)

30   Upright rows

20  Tuck Jumps

10  Wide Pushups

½   Mile run
