Man With 2 Warrants Turns Himself In: Melrose Police Logs
Also: One dog attacked another dog at the dog park, with alleged threats being barked from the dog's owner.

Wednesday, Sept. 5
6:25 pm. - A motor vehicle stop resulted in a 21-year-old Lynn man being issued a summons on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and brakes violation.

7:06 p.m. - A 50-year-old Lynn man with two warrants turned himself into police.

2:28 p.m. - A summons is issued to a 23-year-old Malden man on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change.
5:52 p.m. - A 44-year-old Winthrop man was issued a summons on charges of an uninsured motor vehicle.
7:13 p.m. - A 43-year-old Lawrence man was issued a summons on charges of violating a harassment prevention order.
Saturday, Sept. 8
10:26 a.m. - A report of a large dog attacking a smaller dog at Pine Banks with threats made by the large dog's owner.
4:58 p.m. - A report of a car striking a child on a bicycle at Perkins and Stevens.
6:04 p.m. - A 60-year-old Danvers man was arrested at a funeral home for allegedly violating an abuse prevention order.
Sunday, Sept. 9
9:19 a.m. - A 50-year-old Melrose man from West Emerson Street is arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon following calls for an assault.
