Medeiros will look out for us as residents and taxpayers

My husband Jeff and I are proud to support Monica Medeiros for Mayor.

We really got to know Monica from her work in our neighborhood as our Ward Two Alderman. After the Mother’s Day Flood which caused ours and many other homes in our area to flood, the city took on a major public works project to help mitigate the impact of these large storms.

Monica worked with us and the neighborhood every step of the way. As part of the project, the city built a culvert next to our house to help manage the storm water. The project has been long since completed, but Monica keeps a watchful eye to make sure the culvert gets cleaned out regularly and follows up with DPW as needed if it does not.

Monica is not just another career politician. She is very approachable, and makes you feel heard. We most appreciate that as our City Councilor, both in the ward and at-large, she has been so respectful of our tax dollars. We feel we can trust her to be honest with us as taxpayers about how our money is being spent.

We have been glad to have her representing us as a City Councilor, and know she will make a great mayor! On November 5, please join us in voting for Monica Medeiros for Mayor.
