He was walking on a trail next to Tower Hill Pond, police said.Tucker was charged with armed burglary, aggravated rape, assault by means of a dangerous weapon (knife) and intimidation of a witness (as he allegedly took the victim's phone away). He knew the victim, police said.Chelmsford Police Chief James Spinney thanked New Hampshire police for their assistance."This is a deeply disturbing crime, but we are thankful that the suspect was captured quickly and was unable to evade justice for his alleged actions," he said in a statement.New Hampshire State Police listed Tucker as being from Melrose.
