Melrose Man Arrested For 'Lewd' Wyoming Cemetery Acts: Police
The 48-year-old was spotted "performing a sexual act on himself" while in his car by the back of the cemetery Thursday, police said.
MELROSE, MA — A Melrose man who appeared to be getting too frisky with himself by the back of Wyoming Cemetery was arrested Thursday, according to authorities.
Sean Flanagan, 48, was charged with lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct after an officer found him in a red Subaru parked by the back side of the cemetery "performing a sexual act on himself," police said.
Police had received a report last Thursday of a man in a red hatchback performing lewd acts in the cemetery.

Flanagan was released on bail.
