Monday, Sept. 24
6:53 p.m. - Following a report of a stolen iPhone, a 30-year-old Malden man was issued a summons on charges of larceny over $1,200. A criminal complaint was filed in Malden.

Friday, Sept. 28
9:24 p.m. - After several reports about a disturbance on Main Street at West Foster, a 35-year-old Stoneham man was issued a summons on charges of leaving the scene of property damage.

Saturday, Sept. 29
8:22 a.m. - A report of a breaking and entering on Lynde Street results in a 27-year-old Melrose woman from Main Street being issued a summons on charges of breaking and entering a building during nighttime for a felony and larceny over $1,200.
