Melrose Police Log For Last Week

MELROSE, MA — The following are excerpts from the Melrose Police log:

Monday, July 16

9:36 a.m. - A man stepped in a pothole on Warwick Road and twisted his ankle.

Tuesday, July 17

3:56 p.m. - A tractor trailer struck a fire hydrant and street sign on First St.

Wednesday, July 18

8:31 a.m. - Person reported dead cat on property at Beebe School. The caller then called back and advised that cat was still alive and a neighbor was taking it to the hospital.

Thursday, July 19

12:14 a.m. - Caller reported a rock possibly being thrown at her window on Larrabee Street.

Friday, July 20

9:45 a.m. - A moped on the sidewalk has been there for over a week on Berwick Street.
