8:46 a.m. Stolen vehicle reported from West Wyoming Avenue.

4:18 p.m. Appears to be new dumping on Penney Road—kitchen countertop.

6:31 p.m. Walk-in report from Rowe Street of larceny.

7:53 p.m. Caller reports domestic disturbance on Adams Street. A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of domestic assault and battery; attempt to commit a crime (robbery); intimidating a witness; and malicious destruction of property worth less than $250 (cell phone).

9:05 p.m. Caller from Circuit Street reports stolen vehicle.

1 p.m. Caller states manhole cover off on Hillcrest Avenue, blew out tire. notified.

6:31 a.m. Missing sewer cover reported on Woodcrest Drive at Dartmouth Road. DPW notified.

7:31 p.m. Caller reports vandalism damage to car on Pleasant Street.

Thursday, Nov. 10

10:12 a.m. Report of contractor working on Derby Road with no signs, no traffic cones.

4:37 p.m. Report of flooding on Howard Street.

8:42 p.m. Pumpkin thrown through car window on Lynde Street.

8:48 p.m. Caller reports hole in roadway on Washington Street near Pleasant Street from prior DPW dig. Caller suggest it presents a hazard. Detective checked area and found hole requiring DPW action. DPW on call notified.

10:43 p.m. Pumpkin broke car window on Park Street.

10:56 p.m. Window broke by pumpkins on Swains Pond Avenue.

11:37 p.m. Report of pumpkin thrown from white SUV at Lincoln Street and Porter Street.

Friday, Nov. 11

12:28 a.m. Caller reports car windows smashed with pumpkin on East Wyoming Avenue.

9:17 a.m. Manhole cover missing on Cricklewood Lane. DPW notified.

10:59 a.m. Woman stated that an insulation company was working in her Warwick Road house, she left and when she came back, a worker was in her bedroom and things were missing. Philip Amirault, 27, 61 Fellsway East, Melrose, was arrested on the charge of larceny over $250. Incident remains under investigation.

1:58 p.m. Report of shoplifter in .

8:35 p.m. Past breaking and entering reported on Vinton Street.

Saturday, Nov. 12

10:11 a.m. Report from East Foster Street of scam. Person told woman that relative involved in arrest in Canada and needed money for bail, according to Melrose Police Lt. Mark DeCroteau. Incident remains under investigation.

10:35 a.m. Downspouts stolen from Richardson Road home.

9:44 p.m. Car accident at South Mountain Avenue and Lebanon Street; a 39-year-old Revere man was issued a summons on the charge of leaving the scene of personal injury.

Sunday, Nov. 13

7:49 a.m. Report of broken window, possible past breaking and entering on Rowe Street.

8:14 p.m. Unknown 911 call from Morgan Street. Officer reports 911 caller was asleep—as in sleepwalking—and called 911 by mistake.

Other Arrests and Summonses

A 54-year-old Melrose man was issued a summons on Thursday, Nov. 10 on charges of driving with a revoked license, unregistered motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
