New Restaurant Opening In Hilltop's Place Within Days
The 110 Grill is expected to open shortly, and a Starbucks will closely follow.
SAUGUS, MA — Want a nostalgia trip? How about driving up to the Big Cactus for dinner?
110 Grill is expected to be the first restaurant at the site where the Hilltop once reigned supreme when it opens in the coming days. That's according to the Lynn Item, which said 110 Grill may open by the end of the week.
The Starbucks which is moving up from a plaza couple hundred feet away on Route 1 is expected to open by the end of the year, the Item also reported.

The initial plan when 110 Grill was in talks to move in was to open in early 2019. The restaurant will have 200 seats, with some in an outdoor patio.
The Hilltop site is being developed by AvalonBay Communities as a retail and residential spot, similar to Station Landing in Medford. The Starbucks currently located next to Sketchers on Route 1 South is expected to move into the site, as well.

110 Grill has about a dozen locations in Massachusetts, with several more due to open. A nearby Woburn location is expected to open in early 2019.
