MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, Sept. 7 and Sunday, Sept. 13.

Monday, Sept. 7

9 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 401 Main St. that resulted in a citation being issued.

9:56 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a juvenile issue at 139 Linwood Ave.

Tuesday, Sept. 8

9:56 a.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 2000 Stone Place.

5:28 p.m. — A juvenile was arrested on the charge of assault and battery at the Melrose Shell on 860 Main St. after police conducted a well-being check.

Wednesday, Sept. 9

7:44 a.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at 98 Green St.

10:21 p.m. — Mark Wallace, 48, of 132 Mitchell Ave., Medford, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and marked lane violation after police responded to a report of an accident on 314 Main St.

Thursday, Sept. 10

5:35 p.m. — Arthur Tarani III, 40, of 19 Greenhalge St., Medford, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating with a suspended license after police conducted a stop on 350 Lynn Fells Parkway.

6:07 p.m. — Police found needles in the vicinity of Eastern Bank on 441 Main St.

Friday, Sept. 11

9:58 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of Kimball Circuit.

1 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at 80 Florence Ave.

Saturday, Sept. 12

12:14 p.m. — Yohan Reynaldo Soto-Lugo, 40, of 71 Verona St., Lynn, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, using an electronic device while operating the vehicle, and failure to use turn signal after police conducted a stop at the Saint Mary’s Rectory on 46 Myrtle St.

10:39 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at 446 Lebanon St.

Sunday, Sept. 13

12:54 a.m. — Steven Smalley, 62, of 7 Overlook Drive, Tyngsboro, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and failure to stop for police after they conducted a stop on 161 West Wyoming Ave.

12:22 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle hit and run in the vicinity of Whole Foods on 880 Main St.
