Mexico Lindo, right here in Melrose, was our choice this year. We didn't need to wait to long to get a table and a great waiter.
The atmosphere was electric and the food ,as most of us requested , not to hot but delicious.
It was party time and we enjoyed the noise and the business of the restaurant.

May 14th,. we were off to the Stoneham theater to see Loretta Laroche.
Loretta is an international stress management expert who helped pioneer the use of humor as a coping mechanism., and she is funny. She is 85 and still alive (in her own words.) "12 going on 11 to eliminate menopause."

Her timeless humor, filled with her trademark wit and wisdom had the hall laughing and applauding.
All 305 seats were full of very happy people. There were a few prompts on the table for her to use; her traditional scarf, and queens head piece from years ago...but she was still going.
Our dinner was at out old stand by at the 99 in Stoneham for food, talk of the show, and lots of laughs.

Still going is the plan for our group as well......
This month some of us drove to Pennsylvania to see the wonderful show at Sight and Sound. This years production was Noah and the stage was filled with animals of all kinds heading for the ARK.
Another trip took two of us to North Carolina to visit family and friends. and yet another member and her husband flew to North Carolina to attend the graduation of a niece.
The rains have gone for now and we are looking for a new season of sunshine and fun.
Please follow us as we move forward in our quest for new places to go, and beautiful things to see.
