Saugus High School Written Threat Found

SAUGUS, MA – Police and counselors are at Saugus High School Thursday after a written threat was found on a white board, according to reports. Staff found graffiti "of a concerning nature" while cleaning the building on Wednesday, Superintendent Dr. David DeRuosi said in a call to parents.

DeRuosi said there was no "credible threat" to the school and classes will continue as scheduled Thursday. There will be an increased police presence and support staff at the school.
