Snow Day Workout!

If you did not get to the gym because of snow get in a body weight workout!

30seconds each exercise; 3-5 rounds resting for 1 min between rounds

1.Squat, high knee

2. 2 push-ups, 8 mountain climbers, 4 shoulder taps

3. Glute march

4. Frog jumps or sumo squat

5. Plank with leg lift(right leg 30s/ left leg 30s)

6. 1 leg squat to chair w/jump or 2 leg squat to chair with or without jump (15s each leg)

7. 1 leg RDL hold with TYI
