Teammates are always asking me for quick core focussed workouts.. well here is a  6 minute quickie for you to do either in addition to BC on your off days or on weekends.  Please also check out the workout tab on the website for more workout ideas!

Warm up

1 minute plank

1 minute super crunches (right/left/center)

30 second elbow to knee bird dog (right elbow – left knee)

30 second elbow to knee bird dog (left elbow- right knee)

1 minute 1/2 way up leg lifts

30 seconds single leg v up (right leg)

30 seconds single leg v up (left leg)

1 minute superman lifts

Repeat 1-2 more x

stretch

Tada! now on with your day!
