Two Melrose Cases Announced in Latest Middlesex County Indictments

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced two Melrose cases as a part of the latest grand jury indictments.

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between Aug. 31 and Sept. 22. Two cases with ties to Melrose were announced.

James Foley, 39, of Melrose, was charged with larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60 and attempting to commit a crime (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.

Zachary Haselton, 30, of Holden, was charged with rape (3 counts), indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 (3 counts), photographing an unsuspecting nude person (29 counts), and violating a restraining order (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.
