What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp at Millions of Muscles is a 45 minute high intensity full body workout. We keep the body guessing as no workout is the same. Our Melrose Bootcamp consists of interval and  strength training combined with body weight exercises. The workouts are designed to burn fat and help explode your weight loss goals.

These workouts are for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Are you a beginner who is reading this and thinking: Can I do it??? YES, YOU CAN! Our Bootcamp is challenging, it is NOT easy, but you CAN do it…
