
Melrose location to open on Wednesday, July 24
CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts (June 26, 2013) – Whole Foods Market’s newest location, at 880 Main Street, will open with the company’s traditional bread-breaking ceremony on Wednesday, July 24 at 9:45am.
The 31,513 square foot store; Whole Foods Market’s 24th Massachusetts location, will employ approximately 125 full and part time team members. The natural and organic supermarket will serve the community with the highest quality groceries, produce, seafood and meats available along with restaurant-quality prepared foods that can be enjoyed in the store’s café seating area. Unique features also include made-in-store fresh pasta and pizza, bulk candy shop favorites and a full charcuterie. Whole Foods Market Melrose store hours will be 8am – 10 pm, 7 days a week.
The public is welcome to be a part of Whole Foods Market history, by attending the bread breaking ceremony at 9:45am. At 10am the store will officially open for business.
