2 Arrests, Person Passes Out in Front of House, Multiple Assaults: Milford Police

Tuesday, Aug. 16

12:52 a.m.: Caller reports a male party passed out on the ground in front of her house, South High Street. PD requesting rescue. Patrick Gerald Ireland, 22, Grove Street, Milford, was arrested on two warrants

6:34 a.m.: Caller reports her vehicle was broken into overnight and several items were taken from her center console, 12 Leonard St. She is on the way to work but will come by after she gets home to speak with an officer.

7:30 a.m.: Police responded to Honey Dew. Julia P. Rutherford, 28, School Street, Milford, was arrested on a warrant

8:17 a.m.: 24-year-old male unresponsive, possible overdose, Grove Street. Two doses of Narcan used.

10:39 a.m.: Male lives in Medway and he was scammed out of the money in Medway, Bank of America. He was advised to go to Medway PD.

3:04 p.m.: Party in the station to report an assault on her daughter, Evergreen Center

5:16 p.m.: Party in the station reporting larceny from an MV, 12 Leonard St.

7:13 p.m.: Nurse from Newburyport stating they got a call from a female stating she wants to kill herself.

8:30 p.m.: Walk in to report he was assaulted while he was putting gas in his gas can by a known acquaintance, 3 James St.

10:17 p.m.: Cesareo Castro-Caguana, 22, Central Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order

10:25 p.m.: Caller reporting fireworks in the area, 1 Hunter Circle
