2 Brothers Charged With Death Threats Against Milford Man

Two brothers from Northbridge were arraigned on Monday morning. Two others are also facing charges in connection with the incident.

MILFORD, MA—Two Northbridge brothers were arraigned on Monday on charges including an assault and making death threats against a Milford man.

Tre Isiah Paniss, 20, and Terrell, Paniss, 23 are charged with assault with a dangerous weapons, threatening to commit murder, destruction of property and felony breaking and entering at night, reports the Milford Daily News.

The charges stem from an ongoing dispute, with a restraining order issued just Sunday after the victim reported to police that two men were attempting to break his lock and kill him. The victim also said the brothers jumped him in the Big Lots parking lot, and there have been problems for about a year.
