BELLINGHAM, MA — A new bakery cafe is opening a location in Central Massachusetts next week.
Paris Baguette is scheduled to open Tuesday at 253 Hartford Ave., Suite C in Bellingham, in the Whole Foods Plaza off of I-495. The 4,300-square-foot cafe will serve handcrafted cakes, freshly baked pastries and breads, Lavazza coffee and other cafe items.
The company describes the Bellingham shop as a “neighborhood bakery cafe” with catering, delivery and dine-in service.
Patch previously reported that Paris Baguette had five Massachusetts locations and 12 units in development in the Greater Boston area, including Bellingham and Mansfield.
The chain’s chief development officer, Nick Scaccio, told Patch in October that the South Korean-born bakery café chain sells French-inspired pastries, breads and drinks.
The Bellingham café is part of an eight-unit Massachusetts expansion led by franchisees Ankur Sahni and Megha Arora-Sahni, according to . The news outlet reported that Mansfield is expected to be the next location in the expansion, with additional Greater Boston sites under review.
