Thursday, Oct. 27
11:16 a.m.: A caller reported yelling in the area of 67 Central St. and 5 Baker Slip. She caller said there was a white male with a knife and a black male assaulting a dog. ACO requested, and owner of the dog taken into custody. Ja'Shawn Raheem Foston, 22, South Main Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, animal cruelty. John James Moosey, 29, Grove Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with a civil rights violation, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon

11:44 a.m.: Caller stating there is a Ford silver SUV behind her and is all over the road. Caller and MV were turning from Cedar St on to Fortune Blvd. Several calls for an MVA involving a car of that
description.

11:48 a.m.: Multiple calls reporting an MVA, roll over, vehicle is fully involved and subjects are trapped. Toyota Dealership.
11:56 a.m.: Female has not been taking her meds and very aggravated lately. She lives alone, no vehicle. She is now sending texts to her kids' dad in NJ saying going to kill him and everyone. Exchange Street.
12:32 p.m.: Party in the station to report stolen checks, 9 Larson Road
12:36 p.m.: Caller reporting possible B&E, stated he came over to his mother's house who passed away last week. The back door is wide open. 8 Vassar Drive
12:42 p.m.: Green Street Auto Spa. Roofing and siding van with a possible intoxicated male
party. A request made to woman who is the mother of the child in the vehicle. The mother took her five year old daughter. The man is walking home and DCF was notified.
7:52 p.m.: Multiple calls regarding a lot of water in front of the Fairfield Inn and Suites
10:13 pm. Caller reports yelling at the end of Union Street
